Despite the high standard of the project, the original brand did not reflect the level of excellence proposed by the undertaking. There was a disconnect between the discourse and the delivery. The brand had a generic visual identity and lacked clarity in communicating its differentiators. Furthermore, the project presentation materials did not convey the true value of the proposal.
